Today, we proudly congratulate and celebrate Divison Chief Dave Roberts on his retirement after 26 years of dedicated service to the Arlington Heights Fire Department.

DVC Roberts has been a cornerstone of this department and a steadfast advocate for our membership. His leadership extended far beyond the fireground—serving many years on the Arlington Heights Firefighters Association L3105 Executive Board, including as Vice President, where he worked tirelessly to support our firefighters and strengthen our union.

Dave’s commitment, integrity, and passion for the fire service have left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege to work alongside him. His mentorship and steady leadership shaped generations of firefighters, and his legacy will continue to guide us well into the future.

Please join us in thanking DVC Roberts for his 26 years of honorable service, leadership, and brotherhood. Congratulations on a well-earned retirement, Chief—your L3105 family wishes you nothing but happiness and new adventures ahead.
